At what temperature setting should I have the infrared sauna?

The recommended temperature is between 120 and 140 F.

If a sauna is following safety guidelines, the temperature control

will not allow settings above 140 F, beware otherwise.

How hot will the sauna get?

Your Infrared sauna operating temperature will vary depends on the room temperature. Generally speaking, if the room temperature is over 64°F the operating temperature should be between 122-140°F.

The ideal temperature for an infrared sauna is between 110°F to 130°F. Remember, temperature is not important; the fact that you are receiving far infrared is what is important for the body.
